Garden Sprayers & Spraying Machines      

Welcome to my collection of Garden Sprayers and Spraying Machines. This collection has been built up since April 2005 and now numbers approximately 180-ish.

 Initially I collected sprayers from manufacturers around the country however research soon revealed that Birmingham and its environs had a once thriving spraying machine industry regrettably now nearly all long gone. I am now focusing on preserving sprayers made by these and other Midland companies.

In addition I am also gradually digging into the history of some of these companies using such resources as Kelly's Directories, information held at Companies House - namely microfiche records, trade publications etc. See the List of Birmingham Manufacturers for more information on some of the companies.

This site is in the process of being put together to share what I have found. Thank you for visiting & I hope you found it useful & of interest.

On occasions I do take some of my sprayers to normally one-day shows around the Birmingham area, summer months only though.
